Last week I joined two artist friends at the New York Botanical Gardens.

Had not been there for years, so this was quite a treat!

One of the friends I had been painting with for over 25 years, albeit in very different styles.   And the other I had only known from online workshops and Facebook.  Finally I met her in person...  It felt like had known both all my life...  

The day could not have been more perfect!   Blue sky, a few puffy clouds, hot but not too hot, and the roses were blooming in all their glory!

We are so lucky ....
